📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process for non-flexible packaging and advertising materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely ordering and receiving of materials.
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high standards of performance and quality.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on packaging and advertising materials.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
