📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in electric vehicles using specialized tools and software such as OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and battery management systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on EVs, including battery health checks, brake system inspections, and tire rotations.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate diagnoses and effective repairs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology and industry best practices.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet safety and performance standards.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities, including troubleshooting steps and parts replaced.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new service procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on electric vehicles.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
• Familiarity with EV-specific tools and software, such as Tesla Service Software, Nissan LEAF Service Tools, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of battery management systems and their importance in EV performance.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and standards related to EV emissions and safety.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
