📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels.
• Create and update lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize cultural exchange activities and events to enrich the learning experience.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent).
• Experience in teaching Chinese culture and traditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Office.
