As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at The Hiro Group, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, working closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll processing. You will use industry-standard software such as SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft to manage payroll data, calculate salaries, and generate pay stubs. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and payroll laws.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, and other compensation benefits.
- Generate and distribute pay stubs and other payroll-related documents.
- Assist in the management of employee benefits programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in using payroll software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and payroll laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
