Medical Advisor - Contact Center (Doctor) - Yogyakarta/Solo

Mandiri Inhealth is seeking a dedicated Medical Advisor (Doctor) to join our dynamic Contact Center team in Yogyakarta or Solo. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted medical consultant, providing expert guidance to clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. With a focus on improving healthcare services and ensuring compliance with regulations, you will be the go-to expert for all medical inquiries and concerns.

As a Medical Advisor (Doctor) at Mandiri Inhealth, you will leverage your extensive medical knowledge and experience to address complex health issues, interpret medical documents, and provide accurate advice on insurance claims and coverage. You will work closely with our team of medical professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care and support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert medical advice and guidance to clients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
• Interpret medical documents, including medical records, lab reports, and imaging studies, to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment
• Assess and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and eligibility
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical guidelines, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
• Train and mentor junior medical advisors to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and expertise
• Participate in quality assurance activities to monitor and improve the performance of the Contact Center
• Assist in the development and implementation of new medical services and products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related healthcare field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical advisory or consulting role, preferably in the healthcare insurance industry
• Certification in medical coding, billing, or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations, guidelines, and insurance policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Proficient in using medical software and tools, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
