📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze mineral samples using advanced laboratory equipment such as XRF, XRD, and ICP-OES.
• Conduct routine and special tests to determine the quality and composition of minerals.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Record and report test results in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Support the mining operations by providing timely and accurate laboratory data.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and improve laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in laboratory techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabTech, LabArchives, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mineral analysis.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
