📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of padel facilities, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage a team of facility maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Handle emergency maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Implement strategies to enhance user experience and facility utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to plan and execute facility improvements.
• Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on sports facilities or similar high-usage environments.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., BIFM, RICS) is a plus.
• Proven experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools such as Autodesk Revit or Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems like IBM Maximo or SAP.
• Familiarity with safety compliance software and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
