📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of our sites.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues.,Maintain and update project documentation and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide technical support and guidance to field teams.,Manage and optimize project resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and travel.
