📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the delivery of airport services to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.,Provide excellent customer service to both our clients and colleagues.,Maintain accurate records of all service deliveries and customer interactions.,Assist in the preparation and organization of service materials and equipment.,Support the team in meeting service delivery targets and deadlines.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the service delivery team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.,Fluency in English is required.,Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
