📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer and company standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries throughout the production process.,Maintain and clean pastry equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for pastry ingredients as needed.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and other team members.,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives.,Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines.,Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or a related field.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for recipe management and inventory tracking.
