📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the procurement process for non-flexible packaging and advertising materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely ordering and receiving of materials.

Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high standards of performance and quality.

Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on packaging and advertising materials.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Proficient in using procurement software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
