📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to avoid production delays.,Document and report on production activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles in the manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with inventory management and equipment maintenance is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
