📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing operational plans to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor retail associates to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support store events, promotions, and special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a beauty or wellness retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and tools such as POS systems, inventory management software, and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry standards and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
