📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement material planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Forecast demand and plan material requirements using advanced analytics and industry-standard tools such as SAP.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts and secure competitive pricing for materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct regular reviews of material planning processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain logistics.
• Proven expertise in SAP MM (Material Management) and other relevant ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry trends.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related discipline is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
