📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on construction equipment and facilities
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and address maintenance issues
• Repair and replace faulty equipment and components
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure maintenance activities align with project timelines and requirements
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on equipment operation and maintenance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role
• Familiarity with construction equipment and facilities
• Knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar
• Certification in maintenance engineering or a related field is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
