📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide feedback and support to employees on their learning and development journey

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
