📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules.,Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to support employee development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to foster a culture of continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
