Cemerlang Building is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team in Maros. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and budget.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize costs.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.,Represent the company at supplier meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
