As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that engage our audience and drive business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.,Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.,Create and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely content posting.,Conduct social media audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and growing followers/engagement.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
