Makmur Lestari Kebab is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our food preparation equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain food preparation equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment.,Monitor food inventory and restock as needed.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Assist in training new employees on equipment operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and on-site).,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
