Hotel Fitri Kitchen is looking for a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist with training and development programs for employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
