📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize various events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.,Create and manage event budgets, ensuring they are executed within the allocated funds.,Design and implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.,Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and staff coordination.,Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of event planners and coordinators.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event marketing and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing, WO, or EO roles.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in event management software and tools.,Creative and innovative thinker with a flair for detail.,Knowledge of local regulations and permits required for event planning.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.
