As a Collection Field Officer at BillEase, you'll be responsible for visiting customers to collect payments, resolving any issues, and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. You'll use our proprietary system, BillEase CRM, to track and manage collections efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit assigned customers to collect payments and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Document all collection activities and update the BillEase CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns promptly.
• Report on collection activities and provide regular updates to the collections team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the collections department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing field collections and maintaining customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with the BillEase CRM system is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
