📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile daily transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights to the finance team.
• Handle vendor invoices, payments, and accounts payable.
• Support the finance team in preparing for audits and ensuring accurate tax filings.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a construction or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations is a plus.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
