📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a section of the organization, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the section.,Oversee the work of junior staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the section, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain strong relationships with other departments and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.,Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Strong background in the industry, with a deep understanding of key trends and developments.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving success and achieving results.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
