PT Pancaran Indah is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation,Review and edit technical documentation to improve clarity and readability,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to review and edit technical documentation
