📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract top talent.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
