📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to guide the team.
  • Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using operational software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
