📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design and development of user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.,Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our digital products.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.,Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to the professional growth of the design team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and effective.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.,Ensure that all design work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proven experience leading design projects and teams.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Experience with design systems and component libraries.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
