📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their tax efficiency.,Conduct thorough tax audits and investigations to identify and resolve tax disputes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations, and provide training to the team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of tax services to clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Certification in tax software or relevant tax tools is a plus.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team of tax consultants is a plus.
