In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform business decisions.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
