📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to support business goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
