📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement recipes and menu plans in accordance with company standards and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients to ensure cost efficiency and availability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the kitchen's strategic plans.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and technologies to enhance kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality food products.
